Return, Repairs and Exchanges
We want all of our customers to be happy with purchases made at Genie. However, if you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit of the item. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
- Products being returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and properly protected.
- We don’t accept any returns after the 2 week period.
- You will need to pay for postage when returning the item.
- We recommend using registered mail, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
Unfortunately, Genie will not take responsibility for broken chains. Chains, by nature, are extremely delicate and need to be handled with great care by the wearer.
REPAIRS & CARE
Whilst Genie pieces are made to be functional, care must be taken when wearing them. If a delicate treasure breaks within 3 months of purchase due to a manufacturing fault, we’re happy to repair or exchange it for free. After 3 months, the cost of repair will depend on the nature of the repair needed.
Chains, by nature, are extremely delicate and need to be handled with great care by the wearer.
*Please note that should you need something repaired and you are based outside of Cape Town, you will be liable for courier costs.
